Description
English boxed coin balance, the wooden (sycamore or similar) dug out box variously pen inscribed Tho:s (Thomas) 3 Aug 1772, Ichabod , England, Oct 10 1767 Stamped decoration to the lid, wire hinges, handmade brass turn hook catches, one wire catch hook missing. Well finished steel beam with brass pans, later cord work. Four brass weights, DRAMS and SCRUPLE All in very good condition. Guaranteed old and original.
