Description

An excellent example of this high quality dial micrometer used for measuring the thickness of a cover slip of the slides.

The present one, unsigned but probably German (by Zeiss or Reicher and for the English or French market with the serial number “2506” inscribed under the mahogany base), is of dial-type and of high precision.

The condition is genuine and the instrument works perfectly.

 

Under the round base the French inscription “Laboratoir[e] 1908”.

Preserved in its original case.
