Description

A good example of an 18th Italian telescope constructed with cardboard covered with vellum tinted in colors and a body with a black leather. The present example is unsigned.

The eyepiece and objective lenses and drawtubes are mounted in a turned horn (partially blonde), and the telescope.

The eyepiece it’s a good classic 3-lens refracting eyepiece. It is very nicely decorated. The focusing and view are very good.

The condition of telescope is original and fine with usual small accidents at the turned horn ; the leather and vellum are very well preserved.
