Description

A very unusual large model of dissecting microscope by Nachet, complete and in its original case, circa 1900.

The microscope is signed on the objective stand : “Nachet à Paris”.

The microscope comes with two simple achromatic doublets but also with a rare system of achromatic objective with concave eyepiece (see the 1900 Nachet catalogue, number 56).

The two handrests are well preserved and also three different stages.
