Description

Collection of five drawing or mathematical instruments, including:

 

-A large ruling-pen finely turned in brass ;

-A folding element-point for ink which can be mounted in a pair of dividers  ;

-A miniature dividers for ink.

These three instruments of identical design are dated from the middle of 18th century.

 

-Two parallel rules in ivory and mounted in brass circa 1800
