Camera Lucida signed Charles Chevalier, circa 1835. This is a very nice camera Lucida by the famous parisian instrumentmaker Charles Chevalier. It’s in a box with 4 lenses and 2 colour lenses. On the Camer Lucida, there is an inscription in french: “Charles Chevalier, Palais Royal, 158 a Paris”.  The instrument and the prism are in good shape (1 screw is missing). Measurements of the box with red velvet are 25 x 6 x 3 cm.
