Description

An early 19th century brass ‘Captain Douglas’ plotting protractor engraved, ‘Cary, London, Patent 47’, and with the owners name, ‘J.T. Still’. Designed by Sir Howard Douglas of the Royal Military College in 1811. The silvering to the mirrors has depleted.
