Description

Fine and unused, anodized and bright brass prismatic compass with Jacob staff or handle mount on reverse. Sighting vane with mirror, perfect prism, filters so stiff they cannot be easily separated, but intact. Large format, open divided compass circle, carrying ring on reverse, leather pouch and strap. Signed CARY, LONDON.
