Description

A large dry card compass,labelled Newton and Son,Chancery Lane,London with an applied label.The dry card printed with Fleur de Lys North and triangular pointers.The central brass boss is of capstan form with no jewel.The compass works well if a little slowly.The glass is retained with a moulded bezel and the lid closes firmly.
