Description

Very nice example of a 19th century microscopist’s fan with a telescopic brass support. The silk fan opens to approximately 10″ in diameter (25cm) and is in very acceptable condition whilst the brasswork retains most of its original lacquered finish. The plush-lined case measures 7″ x 2½” (18cm x 7cm) and is also in good condition with good hinges, catches etc.
