THE COMPASS IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION IN A TURNED THREADED WALNUT CASE. THE CENTRE POINT BEING REGENT CIRCUS WHICH WOULD BE HARD TO FIND TO DAY, IT WAS PLANNED & DIVISED BUT NEVER CONCEIVED, TO BE A FAMOUS LONDON CIRCUS TO JOIN PICCADILLY & OXFORD BUT NEVER WAS. DIAMETER JUST OVER 3″INCHES. ACCORDING TO THE LATER LABEL ON THE REVERSE IT RELATES TO THE GREAT EXHIBITION OF 1851. UNSIGNED BUT I WOULD GUESS IT MAY BE BY ELLIOTT BROS.
