Description
Fine and rare simple microscope made by C. Zeiss, Jena; original lacquered brass, ca. 1878, dimension box: 11,5 x 11 5 x 7 cm; high mounted on top of its box: 19 cm (7 1/2″); 1 objective lens (was sold by Zeiss with just this lens) marked 60x; signature on the stage “C. Zeiss 3373”. – The microscope has the distinvtive pattern of the first microscopes made by Zeiss; parly velvet lined box, key. Box and microscope are cosmetically in pristine condition; all parts are original! Mint condition apart from one objective lens only.
