Description

By Arnold and Sons, this is the “Desideratum”, a rare combined knife and fork for amputees. It was a registered design for February 1881 as shown in watercolour image from the Nationa Archives, Kew. Made of steel the finish is dull and superficially rusty, however in good working order.
