Description

Signed John Browning, 63 Strand, London, this cased micro spectroscope has 99% of it’s original golden lacquer intact. Excellent spectral array, mirrors, prism and lenses fully functional, additional eyepiece with rotating micrometer vernier and mirror. Blued steel brackets over machined stage. No tubes or slides. Smooth focusing and operation. Mahogany case measures 10 x 4 x 5″ with both hooks intact. P.S. found one colored glass tube for this spectroscope as well.
