Description
Unusual small brass single arm protractor, the inlaid silver vernier scale with pivoted microscope viewer, the mahogany box with bulge to house it.
The viewer is screw focusing with knurled locking ring.
Engraved A Holmes London Alfred Holmes was working in London, circa 1820
All in very good condition and fully functional, much thin original lacquer remaining.
