Description
An early octagonal telescope build in mahogany and brass. The instrument is unsigned, English, circa 1770
It has an unusual reverse tapered body, with single drawer eyepiece. Both sides preserve their sliding dust covers to eyepiece and objective.
It measures 96 cm closed.
