Description

A very good and complete example of a French brass graphometer with the unusual Parisian signature “Duhamel à Paris”, so circa 1740.

The graphometer is of good quality, engraved with a semi-circular double scale of 0 to 180 degrees and 180 to 0 degrees. In its center, a large compass with its original needle.

The instrument is complete with its four sights, its original ball-joint with small stand.

It measures 24cm diameter.
