A very fine example of this rare model of a two pillars French microscope preserved in its original wooden case lined in red velvet.
The microscope is in great condition retaining all his original lacker and it comes with its two eyepieces and its two-lens achromatic eyepiece. Are also preserved in the box, a scalpel, one glass tube and some glass slides unprepared.
This model, never signed, is quite rare especially with its original box and complete of its optics.
Is lacking a bulleye and its brass ring.
The case measures 21x13x12 cm ; height of the microscope around 20 cm and the round base 10,6 cm diameter
