Description
A very fine example of a rare large model microscope number “I” signed “F. Koritska Milano” and having the serial number “2679” stamped in the inner part of the door of the wooden box.
This model of microscope with a large body tube and a special and spectacular stage is especially designed for microphotography (see the last picture showing the picture from a Koristka catalogue dated from 1897).
The microscope is in perfect working order and preserves one eyepiece numbered 3 and two Koristka objectives.
A rare model of very quality by this Italian maker from Milano.
