A box sextant signed “H. Mirvault 47, rue de Greneta / Paris” and datable circa 1900.

The little sextant is preserved in its original round box on which the instrument can be screwed. 

The limb (graduated from 0 to 150 degrees) and the vernier are in silver. It is equipped with an articulated magnifying glass allowing a fine reading.

It still has its two original mirrors and its two solar filter. It is in perfect working condition.

Genuine condition.
