A French set of mathematical instruments by Butterfield

 A nice French set of mathematical instruments composed of a half goniometer, a dividers and a “pied du Roy” with plumb bob.

First half of 18th century, Paris.

 

Very well made, also a Tichonic scale is engraved on the “pied du Roy”.

Dimension: goniometer 9,7cm; dividers 10,5 cm.
