A good Jones Improved-type microscope signed “Lincoln London” and datable from the last quarter of the 18th century.

The microscope is well preserved with its mirror, its stage condenser, its Bonnani stage, its fishplate, six objectives caps (of which 5 still have their original lens), and different other accessories.

The microscope measures around 40 cm height and the wooden base  14,5×14,5 cm.
