Description

A very good example, without any restoration and tear, of an early example of the John Betts “umbrella”, folding and portable terrestrial globe.

The fine globe is preserved in its original wooden case (with some damage but complete).

The globe measures 72 cm height and 40 cm diameter.

A very good and early exemple of this famous folding globe.
