A quite early set of lithotomy and urological surgical set signed by Lesueur elder and son.

The nice set is datable circa 1800.

It contains :

-6 nice stone forceps made in steel of different size, all signed by Lesueur.

-An impressive Le Cat-type stone extractor, made in high quality steel, unsigned by undoubtbly coming from the same set by Lesueur.

-3 steel probes, all signed by Lesueur ;

-A silver catheteter ;

-A rare silver Dupuytren’s cannula used as a drain in trans perineal lithotomy once the lithotomy had done its damage ;

-A steel gorget, in steel, unsigned by fitting in the case ;

-Finally, a classic Come’s lithotome caché (unfortunatly, the extremity has been twisted and now the blade is broken and the sheath damaged).


Everything is preserved in its original traveling box of which the upper plate is lacking.


Even with some defects and rare and early urology and lithotome set signed by a Franch maker.

The box measures  closed :38x22x9 cm.
