Description

This small copass sundial has a  finely engraved 32 point compass rose, signed Nairne, London. It is mounted in a trned ivory case with scre-thread lid.

Condition: Compass fully functional and still points North. The outer case and lid are undamaged and the screw thread is still good. The glass is missing and the screw-thread ivory bezel that retained the glass is damaged, as shown in the photo.
