Polyhedral David Beringer (1756-1821) type cubic sun dial, circa 1900
Printed and hand-colored paper on wood; cube with five gnomons,
Mounted on a turned column rising from the square base with a compass,
Dials on the top surface and all four vertical sides ;
Base decorated, card compass printed and hand-colored.
Unclear signature within a wreath on the North face.
Two nickel gnomons replaced otherwise all original and in very good sound condition, noting light wear and staining to the paper.
