Description

SOLD – A large size binocular microscope measuring 16″ high eye pieces in situ, stood upright and  racking out to 18.75″, adjustment with rack and pinion and fine focus thumb wheels, seperate thumb wheel adjustment to the eye pieces, Wenham prism, multi directional stage adjustment, large plano concave 2.2″ articulated mirror, seperate sub stage condenser holder on rack and set of light stops, large 3.75″ live box, stage liberkuhn, large 5.25″ fish plate and various other accessories including:

3 x moderators in canister.

Objectives in canisters: 1/8″ correction collar,  1/4″ correction collar, 

1/2″, 1″, 1.5″, 2″, 3″, all in canisters, all engraved, ‘J.H. Steward, 406 Strand’.

Includes a selection of microscope slides (one cracked).

 

The mahogany case, 18″ x 11″ x 9″, with glass fronted door with lock and key.
