19th Century Bryant (1812-1881) Armillary Hartford, Connecticut. Skeletal globe used for teaching astronomy  The celestial indicator is comprised of a series of calibrated brass armillary bands forming a spherical frame surrounding an orrery mechanism. Has paper label. Iron base. Height is 18 inches. Base is approx 7 inches in diameter. Globe is  approximately 12 1/2 inches.
