Description

A complete assembly (including dovetailed bracket) for an R&J Beck microscope lamp c.1880. Cosmetically perfect with the solid two inch (5 cm.) concave/convex lens, mounted in a semi-circular, rotating brass bracket with locking thumb screws and dove-tailed bracket for attachment to the large format paraffin lamp. All that is needed are two small screws to attach it to the lamp. Some collector has this type of lamp now missing this essential component of the lamp (see last photos for the exact model).
