Offered for sale is an amazing Nº 2 Large Ross binocular microscope, c.1870, signed to the rear of the foot ‘ROSS, LONDON 3709’, standing on a massive ‘Y’ shaped base with tall uprights supporting the microscope body, mechanical stage with screw X-Y control and rotating substage, all in perfect working condition with very beautiful laqueur. The microscope is housed in a large mahogany case with the following accessories;

.- 1in Ross objective in its matching can

.- 1/6 Ross objective in its matching can

.- 2/3in Swift objective in its matching can

.- 1in John Browning objective in its matching can
