Description
Rare urethral lithotriptor with a pinion/key engaging a rack, a model invented by Charrière in the mid-1830s and here signed by Mathieu, dating to around 1850.
The instrument is in perfect working order and complete with its key with an ebony handle and brass trim.
Very fine condition for this rare urological instrument.
