Description

A good and attractive collection of six small or miniature terrestrial globes. The collection can buy in set or separately.

 

It includes :

-A miniature terrestrial gobe bt Forest, circa 1900, measuring 5.5 cm diameter and 13 cm height: 550 euros.

– A small, unsigned, French terrestrial globe, circa 1860, measuring 7 cm diameter and 17.4 cm height: 550 euros.

-A small terrestrial globe by Forest, circa 1900, measuring 8 cm diameter and 18.5 cm height: 650 euros.

-A miniature terrestrial globe by Delamarche, circa 1800, measuring 6 cm diameter and 18 cm height, mounted on an 19th bronze Atlas: 2000 euros.

-A German terrestrial globe by Carl Bauer, circa 1830, measuring 10.5 cm diameter, preserved in its rare and fragile original paper box : 4800 euros.

-A Delamarche terrestrial globe dated 1857, measuring 8 cm diameter, and mounted on a cast iron stand with metaphorical decoration of scientific instruments, telescope and astronomical map : 5300 euros

 

All the globes are in good general condition.
