Exceptionsl set signed Charriere à Paris for lithotrite containing very rare accessories such as the famous Civiale trephine used for the drilling bladder stones, a Touzet-Leroy lever and other interesting pieces. A large mahogany case (with signs of use) contains in the first part a set of lithotripsy in different sizes, the rare grip needed to hold in place the lithotrite in percussion operation Hammer, a rare screw lever and a vulcanite syringe. In the other part we can find the famous and rare Civiale trephine with three graduated tips, the beautiful decorated bronze support, the silver tube with the jaws to hold the bladder in position , the retractable bow in two parts needed for the motion of the drill.Others rare accessories are contained in this case , for the most part they are made of silver , the others nikeled steel made ( some oxidation) . Are missing two small lithotrites actuated by two levers to “Y” visible in the pictures. Really a museum piece that brings together the most significant instruments for the destruction and removal bladder stones. Are available additional photos and descriptions.
