Description

Circa 1799, a small monocular spyglass telescope signed on the draw tube, ‘D. Adams, London’.

Total length (closed) is 5.5 cms, objective lens diameter 28 mm.

Constructed of tortoise shell, ivory and silver in original sharkskin case.

No cracks / splits.
