Description

SOLD – A five draw wooden barrelled telescope signed, ‘Ramsden, London’, who worked from 1762 – 1800. It measures 37″ fully extended and 11.5″ closed with a main lens of 1.75″ diameter. It gives a magnification of 30 x and is in good condition throughout giving a fine, sharp image when viewing. It is offered with a later wooden display stand.
