Description

Constructed in nickel silver with unusual taper barrel finished with a baleen covering, the first draw signed, ‘J.P. Cutts, Sutton & Son. Optician to Her Majesty. Sheffield and London’.

It measures 19 cms long when closed and 59 cms fully open with a main lens diameter of 4 cms ( crown & flint glass).

All optics and lenses are damage free. No dents. ……… a fine example.

It gives an excellent clear image when viewing.

The leather case lacks the shoulder strap.

The Company only worked in 1851.
