If your medical coverage won’t pay for plastic surgery and you look like Cyrano here’s the solution: a “Nice-Nose” Rectificateur. The nose shapers that we often see are the German Zello-Punkt, an example of which is shown in our last image, but which is not included in this listing. The French “Nice-Nose” has more pressure points and a more complex strap. Probably didn’t make much of a difference when the screws were released. Original labeled box and instrument are both in very good condition.
