Description

A good Cary/Gould minature pocket microscope in flawless case by “Cary, London”

80% original lacquer, it comes with mirror, stage insert, live box, three objectives (high power missing bead) and low power for hand held use only. The forceps are missing but the stage forcep holder is present (could have a pair made). Simple/ compound options. Two numbered bone sliders with all specimens intact. Case measures 3 1/2 x 3 x 1 3/8 inches deep with blue cloth interior and flaps, both hooks intact. The pillar screws into the front of the case. Nice example with only a couple of omissions. Perfect rack and pinion. Nice early machining.
