Mackenzie’s nasal polypus snare, steel with ebony handle, English, 1860-1900. It is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condtion. Length of ebony handle: 3.75″. A similar example of this instument can be seen in the Wellcome Collection at the London Science Museum.
