Description

SOLD – Four draw brass telescope with a mahogany barrel measuring 44.25″ fully open and 11.75″ closed with a 2″ achromatic main lens.

The telescope can be clamped to the tripod via the third draw and stands at a height of 16″.

The column of the tripod can be unscrewed to reveal a steel corkscrew, allowing the user to fix to a fence post etc if preferred.

The case holds a celestial eye-piece with a sun filter which can be fitted to the second draw for use.

All lenses are clear and damage free and the telescope gives an excellent image when viewed through.

Repaired crack to the case lid.
