Description

Three Victorian medical fever thermometers of varying types. Auxillary-bent (armpit), anal (rectal) and oral (mouth). All in excellent condition (noting tip of rectal missing) and reading through the same range (90-110 degrees Fahrenheit). The auxillary and anal in maroon card case, the oral in a turned boxwood cylinder with screw off end cap and squared end to prevent rolling (child size-3 inches long). A splendid group covering all types.  The largest 5 1/2″ long.
