A very rare small travel reflecting telescope signed Passemant au Louvre au dessus de l’academia Françoise à Paris.
The telescope is datable about 1750 when Passemant are in the Louvre.
He was named Ingénieur du Roy Louis XV.
The telescope is mounted on a foot 18Th Century.
Mirrors are in very good condition.
Dimensions: 22,5 cm large and 4,2 cm diameter
Very good condition.
A similar model is in Collection of Scientific instruments in Louvre Museum.
