Description

A black enamelled brass telescope, signed on the back plate, ‘W. Watson & Sons Ltd., High Holborn, London. No1351’. Fitted with an astronomical spotting scope, the bracket also signed ‘W. Watson & Sons Ltd.,’ and ‘Clarkson Patent No 195, 1908’.

It comes with a high power military eye-piece signed, ‘T. Cooke & Sons’, which gives a fine sharp image with a magnification of 60 x.

The length of the telescope extended is 50″ ( 128 cms ) with a 3″ (75 mm ) diameter main lens.

Height 65″ ( 165 cms ).

Very good throughout.
