Description

A fine mid-19th century trepanning set by Archibald Young working in  Edinburgh. The set appear to be complete and original, noting that the scalpel is a replacement. Trephines retains most of their original lacquer; their handles are checkered ebony not ebonized wood.  Conditi0n of instruments is very good; the exterior of the case lid shows some wear–see images. The  case is 8″ or 20cm in length.
