Description

A brass 6 draw telescope signed on the first draw, ‘Baker, 244 High Holborn, London’, measuring 10.5″ closed and 32″ fully extended with a main lens of 2.25″ diameter. It has a leather covered taper barrel, sun visor, lens cap, dust slider to the eye piece and an additional pancratic eye piece tube with powers engraved for 25, 30 and 35 x. The lenses are damage free and the telescope gives a good, clear image.
With tripod accessory and clamp within the case, the clamp fastening to the first draw of the telescope. The column can be unscrewed midway to reveal a corkscrew to allow the user to mount the telescope to a fence post. 
The case measures 13.25″ x 7.25″. Cracks to the lid. No key.
