THE TORTOISESHELL IS INLAYED WITH GOLD. THEY ARE WORKING & IN KEEPING WITH THEIR AGE & COULD DO WITH CLEANING. THE HANDLE MOVES AS DOES THE CENTRAL TURNING MECHANISM –
MOLTENI et FILS OPTICIENS is ENGRAVED ON ONE OF THE EYEPIECES & RUE DU PETIT LION 22 ON THE OTHER.
