Description
Really superb condition; constructed of nickel silver with a tapered polished mahogany barrel, measuring 10.25″ (26.5 cm) when closed and just over 17.5″ (45 cm) when the single draw tube is fully open with a main lens of 2″ (50 mm).
Signed in script, Abraham, Liverpool’. The company worked from 1818 – 1850 with the slight chance that it could relate to John Aburgham Abraham who only worked in 1851.
The telescope is damage free and gives excellent clear images.
Contained in original lined case noting one end piece of the lid has been replaced.
