A very fine cased set of twenty Ypelaar type natural history microscope slides—round in shape and ivory-mounted—France, late 18th century.
All the round slides have their description written in French.
Original mahogany case: 8.7 x 8 x 1.8 cm.
The condition is excellent, the set is complete and homogenous.
