An extremely rare and antique (early 1900’s) straitjacket from the Italian asylum “San Salvi”, in Florence. Established in 1890 the San Salvi has been closed in 1978. Thejacket is in perfect condition, numbered “34” (some pics of almost identical jackets from an Italian museum)
