   C1820 Mander Weaver & Co Pill Tile. L&C Richardson ( THE PILL ROLLERS, 1992:68) note the rarity of this tile–see fourth image. Overall condition is good for its age. There is a barely noticeable professional repair to the top right corner–see third image. 10″ x 8″ x 3/4″.   The firm was founded in 1773 by the Mander Brothers  in Wolverhampton.By 1820, the firm traded as Mander, Weaver & Co.
